Job Summary
Lead the offensive security program at FICO with end-to-end ownership of red teaming, threat intelligence, and threat hunting. Drive multi-stage attack simulations (Red and Purple Team exercises), develop custom exploits and automation frameworks, translate adversary TTPs into measurable improvements for defenses, and guide the integration of AI-enabled techniques into offensive operations. Collaborate with blue teams and engineering to convert findings into automated detection rules and architectural improvements. Manage a hypothesis-driven threat hunting program, analyze large datasets (EDR, SIEM, cloud logs) to surface silent failures in detection logic, and continuously tune security tools (firewalls, XDR, SOAR). Seek deep expertise in MITRE ATT&CK, cloud security, AI security, and operating system internals; hold or pursue advanced certifications (OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CISSP) to reinforce leadership and technical excellence. Offer a competitive base salary range of $168,000 to $264,000 with flexible work options and a broad benefits program in a globally recognized analytics company.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing cross-functional teams
- Hands-on Red Teamer experience
- Expertise in using AI tools for Red teaming
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Cloud security knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- AI security and operating system internals
- Automation and AI to enhance offensive security tooling
- Advanced certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or CISSP (highly preferred)
