Job Summary
Directs a comprehensive youth ministry program for middle and high school students within the parish, coordinating retreats, mission trips, large-scale events, Confirmation program administration, faith formation, curriculum development, volunteer training, and collaboration with parish leadership to evangelize and form youth in the Catholic faith. Works with the Pastor and Faith Formation staff to align programming with gospel mission, sacramental life, and parish goals; requires planning, budgeting, scheduling, and strong communication; includes leading evening/weekend activities and on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in theology or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in ministry
- CPR/AED and Stop the Bleed Training
