Job Summary
Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry responsible for developing a comprehensive Youth Ministry for a multicultural parish community, leading Faith Formation and Catechesis efforts, building a CORE Team, planning weekly high school programs, organizing annual retreats and a summer camp, mentoring middle and high school students, recruiting/training young adult volunteer leaders, managing budgets and ministry communications, and engaging families in youth formation. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish proficiency; LIFE TEEN approach knowledge; strong organizational and leadership abilities; experience executing large-scale events; practicing Catholic encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
