Job Summary
Senior leader overseeing global Workplace Technology, defining platform principles and operating models for Global Helpdesk, AV engineering, asset management, and client engineering; drives automation, self-service adoption, and a global delivery approach; partners across HR, Facilities, Security, Finance to build a multi-year technology roadmap; manages enterprise endpoint provisioning, OS/application lifecycle, and license compliance; leads a high-performing distributed team across regions with a focus on SLA attainment, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. This role requires extensive IT leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on ability to architect scalable, automation-driven workplace technology programs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of dynamic IT experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role leading global or multi-regional teams
- Demonstrated success leading Helpdesk, Service Desk, or End-User Computing functions at enterprise scale (5,000+ end users)
- Extensive knowledge in ITSM/ITIL, endpoint management, AV systems, hardware/software asset management
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions and cultures
- Experience with ITAM/SAM tools and processes
- Experience with modern endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SCCM, or equivalent)
- Track record of defining and meeting SLAs, handling customer issues, and driving measurable improvements in service quality
- Communicating effectively with audiences from hands-on technicians to VP/CTO-level collaborators
- Experience applying automation/AI tooling to reduce operational toil in service desk/endpoint management/asset administration
- Strong financial competence with experience owning and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's a plus)
