Job Summary
Director of Workforce Transformation to partner with state leaders and local workforce boards, translating workforce policy into technology-enabled processes and tools, guiding the redesign of people, process, and platform to better serve job seekers and employers; responsible for configuring and launching tools, conducting deep-dive process autopsies, and turning high-level workforce directives into practical workflows across multiple boards and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development
- experience collaborating with state and local workforce boards
- knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP and related workforce programs
- travel ability (moderate) for on-site work with state/local customers
- strong project management skills
- ability to translate workforce directives into technical process flows
- excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- ability to work with diverse partners across boards and regions
