Job Summary
Director of Workforce to lead strategy and execution for the caregiver workforce, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and workforce planning while partnering with Operations and Care Coordination to ensure staffing meets client growth. Build scalable systems, forecast hiring needs by geography and service line, manage and coach recruiting, streamline onboarding from application to first shift, reduce time-to-productivity, and drive caregiver retention. Role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, reporting workforce metrics, and collaboration across departments to support growth and exceptional client care. Preferred experience includes home care, healthcare staffing, and ATS/HRIS tooling.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of leadership experience
- Three or more years leading recruiting, staffing, or workforce teams
- Experience managing managers or multiple functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven success improving recruiting or retention metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Comfortable using technology and workforce data to make decisions
