Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of project installation and customer experience from post-sale through final installation across 6-8 markets, managing teams of 25-30 project managers and sub-contractors. Maintain high workmanship standards, ensure job-site safety, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing vendor partner relations. Meet monthly revenue and COGS targets, handle monthly AR, service, and warranty management, and drive new vendor and product integration. Lead interdepartmental partnerships, manage the fleet, and oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development. Requires a valid driver's license, 5+ years of project management experience, and familiarity with residential windows, doors, roofing, and siding. Full-time role with an 8-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule, weekends as needed, reporting to Home Genius Exteriors as we expand nationally.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
- Overseeing PM's and sub contractors
- Familiar with working with roofing, siding, windows and doors for residential
- Professionalism with client facing experience
- Self-motivation and discipline
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful problem solving abilities
- Top notch customer service skills
- Weekends as needed
