Job Summary
Directs wellness (nursing care) operations at The Blake in Santa Rosa Beach, supervising nursing and personal care staff, assessing residents’ health, functional and psycho-social status, promoting service excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing staffing budgets and schedules. Requires RN/LPN licensure, nursing experience, supervisory experience, CPR, and a nursing degree (BSN preferred); seeks leaders committed to compassionate, high-quality elder care and ready to work varied shifts in an assisted living/long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current state LPN or RN license as required by state regulations
- Three years of nursing experience
- Two years supervisory experience
- Current CPR certification
