Job Summary
Oversee all clinical services and resident care operations while ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations and company policies. Lead Health Services Evaluations and service planning, monitor quality indicators and incident trends, and manage medication systems and pharmacy partnerships. Supervise and develop LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and caregivers, supporting family communication and care conferences. Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits to drive a culture of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence. Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
- Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism
