Job Summary
Lead the creative vision and execution of high-impact video storytelling for T Brand Studio International across NYT properties and social platforms; oversee the full lifecycle of video projects from concept and storyboarding to final delivery; collaborate with Ad Sales, Strategists, and senior editorial leaders to respond to client briefs, develop on-site and social video formats, and turn podcasts into video shows; upskill the creative team on video craft, manage production needs, and build a global network of video vendors and freelancers to support client projects; leverage data and analytics to inform creative decisions and drive engaging branded content for a global audience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in producing and capturing video content for media companies, production houses or creative agencies
- Experience creating videos for social media platforms in multiple formats (interview, documentary, motion graphics)
- Experience with vodcasts/podcasts
- Visual storytelling experience including motion graphics and graphic design within video
- Ability to develop or experiment with new content formats for brands
- Ability to optimize content for engagement on-site and social platforms
- Experience identifying video vendors and freelancers across capabilities
- Experience with digital analytics and engagement metrics
- Ability to deliver high-quality assets within budget and maximize production value
