Job Summary
Direct the Veteran Support Services for VCP Village (Residential Program) and the Veteran Outreach Program, supervise Lead Residential Case Manager and Lead Community/Outreach Case Manager, collaborate with the Executive Director to set strategic plans, develop and implement program policies, manage day-to-day operations, build community partnerships, oversee budgets, ensure compliance and accurate reporting, drive fundraising and grant targets, and promote continuous program improvement to serve Veterans with dignity and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or managerial experience, preferably in nonprofit settings
