Job Summary
Directs and develops vendor programs across equipment categories including printers, batteries, forklift dealers, and others; owns program structure, deal pricing, and the vendor contact relationship from onboarding through handoff to an Account Liaison, with potential expansion to direct management of Account Liaisons. Applies financial precision to administer programs and develops vendor relationships to drive adoption, while traveling up to 24 weeks per year for vendor visits and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing active programs, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building rate cards and reference materials, monitoring performance, pricing transactions, ensuring compliance with program terms, coordinating with credit and operations, providing pricing and account-management support, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining CRM records; travel to vendor locations and customer sites to establish relationships and participate in onboarding and pipeline reviews. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and pricing skills, external vendor/partner relationship experience, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in equipment leasing, commercial finance, or vendor program management
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Demonstrated ability to price and structure lease or loan transactions
- Experience reading and applying commercial finance agreement terms to live deals
- Track record of managing external vendor or partner relationships, including travel-based relationship development
- Experience supporting or managing sales and account management functions
- Strong proficiency in Excel; comfortable in a CRM environment
