Job Summary
Own UAE operations and regulatory affairs for Prop Firm Match Global FZCO, serving as the senior presence on the ground and acting as the trusted bridge between leadership and the UAE ecosystem. Responsibilities include entity governance, free-zone licensing, regulatory standing, banking and tax compliance, audit readiness, visa sponsorship, and relationships with regulators, banks, and service providers. Lead regulatory affairs, map UAE regulatory activities, manage engagements with regulators and authorities, and coordinate with legal counsel on UAE contracts, employment law, governance, and commercial agreements. Oversee UAE operations such as banking relationships, VAT and corporate tax filings, annual statutory audits, visa sponsorship for UAE-based hires, and office/vendor administration. Partner with leadership on UAE strategic initiatives, advise on regulatory and operational implications of new products and markets, and represent PFM at relevant industry forums. Requires 7+ years of UAE-focused leadership experience, familiarity with major UAE free zones, and strong knowledge of UAE tax/VAT regimes, with proficiency in English and comfort working in a remote-first environment. Compensation: $6,000–$10,000 per month gross. Location is UAE-based (Dubai preferred) with the ability to be physically present when needed; full-time role. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of operations, regulatory, or compliance leadership experience in the UAE
- Hands-on familiarity with UAE free zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, DIFC, ADGM, JAFZA)
- Strong working knowledge of UAE corporate tax, VAT, and Federal Tax Authority requirements
- Experience managing banking relationships and resolving compliance / KYC matters with UAE banks
- Track record of running statutory audits and filings end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience working with internal or external legal counsel on UAE-specific matters — contracts, employment law, free-zone governance, or commercial agreements
- Excellent English; comfortable operating in a remote-first, async-first environment
