Job Summary
Lead and implement a comprehensive U.S. corporate fundraising strategy to secure high-value partnerships of $50K and above, driving revenue growth and deepening corporate engagement. Identify, cultivate, and steward a dynamic portfolio of corporate partners while proactively pursuing new funding opportunities, including multi-year collaborations and in-kind support strategies. Develop tailored proposals, oversee grant administration, and maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce to ensure strategic tracking and team accountability. Represent the organization at industry events and provide leadership to junior team members during disaster activations. Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnerships with organizational priorities and prepare high-level reports for executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of fundraising experience with a proven track record in corporate giving and business development at a non-profit organization
- Must achieve established fundraising goals in accordance with defined monetary goals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confidence working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Confidence in Salesforce or other relatable donor based CRMs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High degree of emotional intelligence
- Relationship-building acumen
- Travel up to 30% of the time
- Living in communal environment while on program
