Job Summary
Director of Treasury leading cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt facilities, hedging programs, and banking relationships across the Distribution business and a network of 140 retail stores. Build cash forecasting models, optimize Treasury Management Systems, manage FX/commodity/interest rate hedging, and ensure disciplined internal controls and financial execution to support Orgill's short-term targets and strategic growth. Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, partner across finance and other functions on working capital metrics, and drive process improvements for liquidity and operational efficiency. Proficiency in TMS and ERPs (Oracle preferred), strong Excel/data analytics capability, and excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive treasury experience
- at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP (Oracle preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and develop finance professionals and drive large-scale process changes
