Job Summary
Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of treasury management product offerings to fuel revenue growth and strengthen client value. Drive product direction, partner across the organization, and lead initiatives that bring innovative treasury solutions to market. Responsibilities include leading product strategy and lifecycle management (value proposition development, segmentation, pricing, performance outcomes), driving new product development and enhancements via market trends and client needs, coordinating launches across internal teams, analyzing performance and market data to inform go-to-market changes, serving as SME and providing training, and ensuring regulatory and risk alignment with Legal, Audit, and Credit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, treasury management, or related business roles
- Strong knowledge of treasury management products and client use cases
