Job Summary
Director of Treasury at Angott Search Group partnering with a growing $2.8B credit union. Leads treasury efforts to drive deposit growth, treasury services expansion, and deepens member relationships. Oversees the Treasury Engagement Team, guides strategy and execution of treasury programs, manages a portfolio focused on deposits and product expansion, and serves as primary relationship owner for key commercial accounts. Collaborates with relationship managers, treasury operations, e-services, and banking partners to meet business objectives; supports onboarding, client satisfaction, and alignment between treasury sales goals and service delivery. Requires leadership experience, strong commercial banking knowledge, financial data analysis, and familiarity with credit union regulations; preferred certifications include CTP and Accredited ACH Professional.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience required
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Commercial Business Development, Treasury Management, and/or Treasury Sales
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking and treasury management products and services
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Knowledge of credit union regulations, products, policies, procedures, and services
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional designation, and/or formal commercial credit training preferred
