Job Summary
Develop and execute an enterprise transportation strategy supporting domestic and international operations across LTL, FTL, intermodal, parcel, ocean, and air freight. Optimize networks, lead procurement and carrier negotiations, and manage a multi-million-dollar budget while driving cost reductions and service improvements. Own capacity planning, routing optimization, and peak season readiness for retail and distribution centers. Partner with cross-functional teams including Distribution Operations, Supply Planning, and Customs Compliance to ensure operational excellence and network resiliency. Lead a high-performing organization through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10+ years of progressive transportation leadership experience
- At least 5 years leading managers and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing domestic and international transportation networks
