Job Summary
Lead structured EBITDA-driving initiatives across Applegreen's US Travel Plaza business, balancing cost optimization in procurement, utilities, and maintenance with revenue growth through pricing strategy and commercial execution. Own the Transformation Office, establishing governance, running monthly Steering Committees, and delivering high-impact value levers across operations, commercial, and support functions. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to unlock sustainable margin opportunities and ensure initiatives translate to sustained P&L impact. Report realized benefits to executive audiences while fostering a disciplined, performance-driven transformation culture within a multi-site operating environment. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the Glen Rock, NJ office, with a focus on delivering measurable financial outcomes through analytical rigor and execution discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 5-7 years experience in transformation, project management, operational strategy, or value creation roles
- Demonstrated track record of delivering tangible EBITDA impact
- Advanced analytical capability, including financial modelling and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Collaborative and influential, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around common goals
- Excellent communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences
- High level of ownership, pace, and delivery focus in a dynamic environment
- Excellent project management skills and ability to independently manage multiple projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Hybrid position with at least 3 days in our Glen Rock, NJ office
