Job Summary
Directs the Texas Children’s Transfer Center with 24/7 operational leadership to ensure timely patient placement, oversees performance metrics and service levels, leads continuous improvement, mentors transfer-center managers and staff, builds onboarding and competency programs, partners with physicians and hospital operations to coordinate transfers, and manages budgets and resources to drive patient access, safety, and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or quality management experience (Required)
- Experience leading healthcare operations, patient flow, access, transfer center, command center, EMS, dispatch, transport, or related healthcare service operations strongly (Preferred)
