Job Summary
Lead the Personal Training ecosystem at D1 Training Lakeland as the Director of Training & Player Personnel (DTPP). Own the athlete evaluation pipeline, establish standardized testing protocols, conduct initial training sessions for formal testing, log metrics in TeamBuildr, and maintain a data-driven progression program. Audit and optimize administrative processes, support the General Manager, and coach sessions to ensure the highest quality client experience. Serve as the official D1 Verified representative for the facility, coordinate recruitment verification sessions, manage data integration with Rivals, and help athletes showcase their metrics to college scouts while maintaining a game-day ready, well-presented facility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Personal Training Certification (NCCA accredited)
- AED/CPR/First Aid
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of strength & conditioning, team, or personal training experience with proven client data/program management
