Job Summary
Direct national trade and field marketing strategy to drive growth and brand equity. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distributors; develop go-to-market plans to win new accounts and expand existing customers; build channel activation strategies across retail, distributor, and emerging channels; translate market insights into actionable trade programs; lead promotional strategy and calendar; oversee distributor collateral, sales presentations, and sell-in materials; manage budgets, forecast alignment, and ROI tracking; recruit and develop brand ambassadors and field teams; establish KPIs for field marketing programs; travel to priority markets, distributor meetings, and key events; ensure strong brand representation across consumer and trade activations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6+ years leadership experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or commercial marketing in CPG
- Experience building field marketing teams and ambassador programs
- Experience working with distributors, national accounts, and field sales teams
