Job Summary
Own daily production across all queues, maintaining a 48-hour processing window and ensuring consistent output aligned with capacity expectations. Eliminate idle time, bottlenecks, and flow imbalances while monitoring backlog levels, aging accounts, QA turnaround times, and rejection rates. Set and enforce clear daily performance expectations, holding managers accountable for team output, operational discipline, and healthy culture on the floor. Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, sustainable improvements to prevent recurring issues through structured control mechanisms. Develop production managers into strong operational leaders who understand capacity, flow, and urgency. This onsite role at The Savings Group's Denver Tech Center requires a hands-on operator comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments to drive accountability through layers.
