Job Summary
Oversee ticketing operations for assigned tours, including working with venue Box Office personnel to build shows and managing show inventory for assigned tours. Review and approve events prior to tickets going on sale, advise on ticket pricing and scaling, and monitor sales, opens, and holds after on-sale through show day. Manage prices of tickets through event day in collaboration with internal revenue management and artist teams, while overseeing show build for Premium Ticketing departments and preparing ticketing information sheet reports. Manage operation of various ticketing platforms and advise on troubleshooting issues as they arise. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, and proficiency in AXS, Ticketmaster, and Microsoft Office. The position includes a flexible schedule involving nights, weekends, and holidays, with an annual salary range of $91,429.17 to $140,000.00.
Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of AXS, Ticketmaster, and other ticketing platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Professional
- Experience working in the music industry, specifically live entertainment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
