Job Summary
Oversee rehabilitation services (PT, OT, and SLP) at Stonebrooke Rehabilitation Center and Hickory Creek New Castle, providing leadership in staff development and ensuring therapy services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, supports case management and discharge planning, and fosters a compassionate, high-quality care environment for residents. Requires a current and valid PT, OT, or SLP license in Indiana; includes opportunities for career growth, leadership development, and a values-driven workplace. On-site role in New Castle, Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid PT, OT, or SLP license in the state of Indiana
- Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence
- Previous management experience preferred
