Job Summary
Design and implement therapy programs and protocols that align with the facility's mission, goals, and standards of care. Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, analyze data to identify improvement areas, and oversee resource allocation including staffing, equipment, and budget. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver skilled rehab services within scope of credentials while adhering to state licensure requirements and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state licensure in respective discipline
- Current valid CPR certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
Desired Qualifications
- Current valid CPR certification
