Job Summary

Lead the therapy team by modeling treatment, evaluating children, and holding members accountable to operational standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct daily leadership walks, participate in morning huddles, and review evaluation reports to identify safety concerns and drive site efficiency. Manage therapist coverage, coordinate supply needs, and execute quarterly team meetings while fostering culture through onboarding, mentoring, and development planning. Collaborate with the Senior Director on caseload management, hiring, and disciplinary actions, and escalate unresolved family concerns appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Current license and certification for therapy/ABA related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years broad clinical experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, physicians, clients, customers, field clinicians, and the public
  • Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk
  • Knowledge of various funding source guidelines
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment
  • Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
  • Ability to function independently in all aspects, including project identification, evaluation, contract negotiations, and coordination with management and internal departments
  • Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive, and positive manner
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people
  • Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency situations
  • In-depth knowledge of operational, clinical and referral development systems
  • Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization
  • Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Travel may be required
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include near and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a therapy field, preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years broad clinical experience, preferred
