Job Summary
Develop and revise department policies, hold staff accountable, and forecast revenues while advising the CEO on program needs. Partner with marketing to educate staff and the community on care and prevention, and provide direct patient care. Celebrate the success of both staff and patients. This full-time, permanent role offers a quarterly bonus. The facility is located near Fredericksburg, VA, in a historically rich community with lower cost of living and access to major city amenities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited therapy program
- Current Virginia state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
- Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience
- Minimum two years of management/leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
