Job Summary
The Director of Therapist Procurement & Internal Record Auditing oversees the clinical placement process for therapy students, coordinates clinical affiliation agreements, and conducts Medicare audits. The position requires cultivating relationships with educational institutions, maintaining communication with clinical instructors, and ensuring compliance with Medicare rules. Key responsibilities include onboarding students, facilitating meetings, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining pertinent documentation. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records, with a requirement for a valid therapy license and extensive experience in clinical education.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy program
- State licensure as a Physical/Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 10 years clinical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical instructor experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Site Coordinator of Clinical Education experience
- Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- APTA Level 2 credentialed clinical instructor program
