Job Summary
Director of Therapies and Related Services to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and related services. Responsibilities include supervision and evaluation of therapeutic faculty, ensuring compliant and high-quality interventions aligned with inclusive education, developing KPIs and reporting on student outcomes, coordinating multidisciplinary responses, supporting transition planning and family collaboration, contributing to IEP processes, identifying professional development needs, ensuring IDEA compliance, managing caseloads and budgets, and leading recruitment for high-demand therapy roles. Requires Master’s or Doctorate in a therapy discipline, active state licensure, 3–5 years of clinical and prior supervisory experience; 12-month, full-time administration role based in Manhattan with salary range $90,000–$105,000.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure in respective therapeutic field
- Generally 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
