Job Summary
Director of the Philip S. Mullin Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program at Nebraska Wesleyan University leads program development and teaching efforts with a startup-like energy. Responsibilities include leading the program (oversight, scheduling, recruitment, assessment), teaching courses in innovation and design from introductory to capstone levels, recruiting and supervising part-time instructors, launching the university's accelerator, organizing internships and real-world problem-solving events with businesses and nonprofits, serving as staff advisor to the TedX Club, and expanding the program's founder-network while prioritizing diversity and external partnerships. The role requires completed master’s degree (preferred), a strong track record in innovation/entrepreneurship (with at least ~5 years of experience preferred), curriculum development capability, and excellent communication skills. - Ability to create and deliver curriculum to students and relevant content to faculty and community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience facilitating the human-centered design process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
