Job Summary
Director of the Office of Clinical Experiences oversees clinical placements, school district partnerships, and TEA/TAC compliance to support teacher certification. The role supervises OCE faculty, designs training for Host and Cooperating Teachers, organizes OCE events, collaborates on data analysis and reporting, maintains communications and records, and coordinates with college leadership to ensure compliance and accreditation. Responsible for field-based experiences, teacher certification processes, partnership development with districts, and advancement of teacher-preparation initiatives including professional development, data sharing, and program improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Ten (10) years of related experience in management
