Job Summary
Provide 24-hour, 7 days a week leadership for the Telemetry, Bariatrics, and Oncology cost centers. Plan, organize, and manage staff development, performance management, quality, fiscal and information management, and regulatory compliance. Build and enhance relationships through customer relations while ensuring appropriate professional involvement. Manage the cost center within the established budget and collaborate with medical directors, department chairs, physicians, and other disciplines to develop services and ensure quality. Access all Patient Health Information.
