Job Summary
Director of Technology & Systems responsible for building a scalable, AI-integrated enterprise technology backbone across Finance, GTM, Operations, and People systems. Lead architecture and deployment of AI agents to automate forecasting and self-service workflows, act as the primary technology partner to the leadership team, establish data governance and change-management disciplines, and lead a high-impact team. The role emphasizes unifying enterprise applications into a coherent operational backbone, aligning system roadmaps with departmental goals, and delivering measurable SLAs to support regulatory requirements. Requires extensive experience with enterprise applications, AI/automation mindset, strong architecture skills, stakeholder influence at the executive level, and familiarity with ERP and GTM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Clari, CPQ). Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits; SF location salary range is $235,200–$294,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading business systems or enterprise applications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep familiarity with the enterprise systems landscape across GTM, Finance, and People functions
- AI/Automation mindset with a track record of designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems
- Architecture skills to design scalable data flows and APIs linking disparate SaaS tools
- Stakeholder mastery with experience influencing C-level executives and translating complex technical needs into business outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and core financial operations; ability to partner credibly with Finance
- Experience with GTM systems such as HubSpot, Outreach, Clari, CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) and similar tools
