Job Summary
Architect, configure, and maintain all core business systems—including CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, and Operations—under a unified, secure framework. Build automations and features directly or coordinate vendors to eliminate manual work and accelerate decision-making. Unify data across departments to ensure a single source of truth, while defining metrics and dashboards for leadership. Lead innovation by piloting new tools and AI capabilities, and manage vendor scopes with strict change control. Communicate weekly updates and maintain clear documentation for team support. This hands-on role unifies Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance through automation, partnering directly with the President to reduce friction.
Required Qualifications
- Reside in San Antonio, Austin, Helotes, Castroville or Uvalde, Texas at the time of offer
- End-to-end platform ownership
- Experience leading all core business systems (CRM, HR, ERP, Finance, Operations, and Data) within one cohesive ecosystem
- 7+ years building and operating business systems
- Confidence in Zoho, Deluge, or similar low-code/serverless platforms (e.g., Python, Zoho Catalyst)
- History of supporting rapid growth ($20M–$50M+)
- Ability to convert goals into scoped plans, realistic timelines, and delivered solutions
- Expertise connecting accounting, HR/payroll, data providers, phone/IVR, websites, and analytics tools
- Clear, confident, plain-English updates
- Trusted by peers and executives alike
- Every release includes simple diagrams, change notes, and how-tos
- Proven success managing MSPs or outsourced IT partners with accountability and clarity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience to a Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in IS/CS)
- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Admin, Deluge/Catalyst)
- Equivalent hands-on Zoho track record
- Security/Cloud certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP, AWS or Azure Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
- Process/Project certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL
