Job Summary
Design and optimize the technology department's governance infrastructure, including leadership stand-ups, Architecture Review Boards, and sprint alignments. Maintain ground-truth KPIs for platform availability, transaction success rates, and mean time to resolution while managing CapEx and OpEx budgets for cloud infrastructure and vendor ecosystems. Take direct command of high-impact cross-functional initiatives such as core payment hub migrations and ensure architectural evolution complies with PCI-DSS and local digital payment guidelines. Serve as an authoritative proxy for the CTO in critical internal alignments and translate granular technical trade-offs into strategic narratives for the Board and external regulators. Report to the CTO within the Technology & Engineering Leadership department in Bhubaneswar.
