Job Summary
Supervise School Technology Coordinators and student teacher leadership program coordinators while designing, installing, and maintaining all district and school networks, including software, hardware, and Telco systems. Manage backup strategies, cable management, and resource monitoring to ensure efficient operations, while coordinating the purchase, installation, and maintenance of workstations and software. Lead professional development training for school personnel, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and develop budgets for technology initiatives. Act as a liaison between the district, schools, vendors, and state/federal programs to facilitate technology-based learning integration. Maintain hardware and software inventories, track expenditures, and develop cable location diagrams to support audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Required Kentucky certificate for the assigned position
- Ability to work effectively with students, peers and adults
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and faculty
- Ability to sit, lift, stoop, push, pull, any and all body movements as relates to the job description
