Job Summary
Define and execute a forward-thinking technology roadmap aligning with strategic growth goals. Lead technical architecture for custom CRM and LMS platforms hosted on AWS, managing database infrastructure for MySQL 5.7 and PostgreSQL 10 while ensuring seamless, secure access for student registration and certification tracking. Hire, develop, and mentor technical team members; manage outside vendors and establish coding, security, and DevOps standards. Collaborate with training, operations, and marketing teams to integrate emerging tools that improve student learning and operational efficiency. Support executive leadership in evolving digital tools to ensure scalable, reliable performance across internal operations and the student learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading technical architecture and development of CRM and LMS platforms
- Experience managing database infrastructure including MySQL 5.7 and PostgreSQL 10
- Experience managing web servers including Apache 2.4
- Experience hosting and managing systems on AWS
- Experience with Angular 9 (frontend)
- Experience with PHP 7.4 Laravel 7/7.30.4 (backend)
- Ability to hire, develop, and mentor technical team members
- Ability to manage outside development vendors
- Ability to establish clear coding, security, and DevOps standards
- Ability to collaborate with training, operations, and marketing teams
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and integrate modern tools
