Job Summary
Director of Technical SEO who will own and scale the in-house SEO program. Lead the technical health of domains (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals), create and pivot a comprehensive SEO roadmap balancing technical hygiene with content opportunities, and recruit/onboard SEO specialists as the department grows. Collaborate with the CMO to translate tech stack changes into measurable revenue growth, work independently on local, state, and national organic search, and develop dashboards to clearly communicate ROI to executive leadership. Require 6+ years in SEO with a focus on technical architecture; proficient with GSC, GA4, SQL, and Excel/Sheets; experience with Ahrefs/SEMRush; comfortable in an AI-enabled, high-accountability environment; platform experience with WP Engine; based in or able to commute to Boca Raton, FL. Mastery of the technical health of domains, including crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals, is essential to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in SEO with emphasis on technical architecture
- Mastery of GSC, GA4, SQL
- Experience managing and scaling SEO teams
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush; ability to build dashboards
- Platform experience with WordPress Engine (WPEngine)
- Based in or willing to commute to Boca Raton, FL
