Job Summary
Lead and unify all Technical Implementation teams across EMEA under a single functional structure, defining and enforcing technical best practices, governance, and quality frameworks. Drive cross-country collaboration and resource optimization while owning regional capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization using data and AI-driven insights. Embed the AI-powered ARIES methodology into day-to-day delivery activities and oversee partner strategy, including onboarding and performance management. Establish and monitor KPIs for delivery quality, efficiency, and partner performance, acting as a senior stakeholder in critical customer engagements. Support country Professional Services Directors in achieving project success while maintaining strong technical oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex, multi-country implementation programs
- Strong background in healthcare IT or enterprise software implementation environments
- Deep understanding of technical architectures, integration, and data platforms
- Experience with resource management, forecasting, and operational optimization at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and drive standardization
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment
- Experience working with partners and external delivery ecosystems
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Ability to travel internationally 60% of the time
- Relevant University technical Degree
- Proficiency in English
