Job Summary
Lead Technical Account Management and Customer Success for a pioneering DLP AI platform, translating complex cybersecurity challenges into seamless wins for global enterprise clients. Orchestrate zero-friction onboarding sequences that deploy DLP AI policies within 30 days, while triaging critical alerts and debugging false positives with engineering teams. Instrument real-time customer health dashboards to predict churn and funnel frontline intelligence directly into the product roadmap. Scale the success team by hiring, training, and coaching staff to convert support tickets into strategic cybersecurity victories. Travel 30% of the time for red-team workshops and breach simulations across Austin and customer sites. Report to the CRO with equity incentives, supported by hybrid work flexibility and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- DLP AI Engine expertise (fluent regex, ML classification, behavioral analytics)
- Experience building launch sequences including live fire drills, policy simulators, and executive playbooks
- Ability to instrument real-time signals (policy adoption, leak attempts blocked, user friction spikes) to predict and prevent churn
- Experience funneling raw cybersecurity feedback into product sprints
- Experience hiring, training, and managing a team of Technical Account Managers
- Experience partnering with Engineering to reproduce, prioritize, and neutralize DLP gaps
- Availability for 30% travel for red-team workshops, CISO dinners, and pilot POCs
