Job Summary
Build and lead Acadian's tax function, including strategy, governance, processes, and team development. Serve as the firm's senior advisor on corporate, partnership, fund, executive, and international tax matters. Partner with business leaders to evaluate tax implications of new products, investment strategies, and fund structures. Oversee corporate, partnership, and fund tax compliance, tax accounting, and related regulatory reporting. Provide strategic oversight of cross-border tax and transfer pricing initiatives. Monitor emerging tax legislation and advise leadership on business impacts and planning opportunities. Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Partner with Client Service and Product teams to support tax-sensitive investment solutions and client needs. Build scalable processes and internal controls that support Acadian's continued growth. This newly created role reports to the Chief Financial Officer within a global systematic investment manager managing over $232 billion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Tax
- CPA
- 12+ years of progressive tax experience
