Job Summary

Director of Talent Management responsible for leading Colas USA’s talent management functions, including organizational development, performance management, change management, workforce planning, succession planning and onboarding. Develops and implements talent management strategies and programs to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees; creates a comprehensive talent management framework with performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways; oversees annual performance management processes and system ownership; develops employee engagement strategies, fosters an inclusive culture with diversity initiatives, and collaborates with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and HR expertise, with a focus on driving organizational performance through metrics and actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years of management experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain a clean driving record
