Job Summary
Director of Talent & Culture to lead talent strategy, culture, and organizational development. Responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition partnerships, onboarding, retention strategies, employee experience, learning and development, performance management, organizational development initiatives, talent analytics, DEI integration, and collaboration with HR Operations. Oversees leadership development, coaching, and supervision of staff, with a focus on leveraging technology and AI-enabled solutions to enhance talent programs; may require evening/weekend hours and occasional travel; role located in a fully remote capacity.
