Job Summary

Hands-on recruiting leader responsible for high-volume, multi-site hiring in hospitality and retail. Leads end-to-end recruiting operations, oversees in-house recruiters, partners with operational leaders, and builds scalable processes to support peak-season staffing for hourly, supervisory, and management roles. Drives seasonal hiring ramps, manages ATS and metrics, collaborates with executives and site leaders to forecast staffing needs, and develops talent pipelines including internships and returning-associate programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 7–10 years progressive talent acquisition experience
  • experience in high-volume recruiting for hourly, frontline, and multi-site operational roles
  • experience supervising recruiters or coordinating hiring teams across multiple locations
  • strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and high-volume recruiting workflows
  • familiarity with wage competitiveness and turnover dynamics in hospitality or retail environments
  • data-driven approach to staffing and recruiting decisions
