Hire, select, and onboard new team members while leading a group of dedicated leaders toward common business and service goals. Plan, organize, assess, and execute business plans to meet operational, revenue, and profitability targets. Manage scheduling, supply chain, and human resources duties, including conducting team meetings and overseeing morale. Evaluate talent growth, develop a leadership team, and address guest issues or complex challenges by consulting management. Maintain facility cleanliness, enforce security and cash handling procedures, and communicate performance violations to leadership. Ensure staff adhere to speed of service guidelines and company policies.
