Job Summary
Directs system-wide marketing, advertising, and communications strategy and execution across Elliot Health System, leading a team of integrated marketing, advertising, and communications strategists to support priority clinical programs, service lines, and retail services. Partners with executive leadership to align multi-channel campaigns, content strategy, events, and vendor relationships with growth objectives, data-driven insights, and brand positioning. Oversees planning and production of digital and non-digital collateral, including direct marketing materials, blogs, newsletters, and open houses, while managing vendor contracts and RFP processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/English/Journalism/Business and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in integrated marketing and communications within a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or Business Required
- Masters Degree Preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant, progressive leadership experience in an integrated marketing and communications or business capacity
- Experience in a healthcare organization required
