Shape a theory of change to measure and improve outcomes for individuals with psychiatric disorders while prioritizing relational leadership to elevate frontline voices. Establish collaborative relationships with community partners in Travis County to identify gaps and eliminate service overlaps. Translate the established vision into an actionable strategy that integrates psychiatric and behavioral health support services into the Enterprise's service areas using value-based and population health principles. Guide evaluation and continuous improvement efforts across the continuum, ensuring quality, equity, and sustainability remain central to service design and delivery.
