Job Summary
Oversee all supportive housing and supportive services programs in Santa Clara County; provide leadership to associate directors and program managers; develop and implement policies, procedures, and outcomes to ensure funding compliance, program quality, and stakeholder satisfaction; supervise staff and provide ongoing training and professional development; coordinate cross-department collaboration to improve housing, income, and health outcomes; serve as agency spokesperson and maintain community relationships; manage budgets with finance and participate in senior-management discussions; drive program evaluation and quality improvement across the portfolio of site-based and interim housing, outreach, and intensive case management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- MSW, MFT or MA/MS in Psychology from an accredited university preferred
- 10 years of professional experience in the human services, social work, or related field
- 5- years’ experience in nonprofit management with a proven record in successful implementation of housing/supportive services programs for people who are homeless
- Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record, is required
