Job Summary
Director of Supported Living leads the agency’s Homemaker/Personal Care services for people with developmental disabilities in group homes, apartments, and family homes in the Greater Cincinnati area; provides strategic and operational leadership, oversees staff supervision, training, compliance with regulations, quality assurance, admissions/discharges/service planning, and program development; collaborates with CEO/CFO on budgets, billing, and contracts; requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years of leadership experience; travel between agency locations; 24/7 on-call coverage; benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid holidays and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD in home/community settings
- Strong supervision and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel between agency locations
